🦄 Quantum Systems raises €160M Series C to build Europe’s drone powerhouse
Munich-based autonomous drone startup Quantum Systems has raised €160 million in a Series C round led by British VC Balderton Capital, positioning it as a rare player in Europe’s growing defence tech sector. The round also drew backing from Hensoldt, Airbus Defense and Space, Bullhound Capital, HV Capital, Project A, controversial German-American investor Peter Thiel, DTCP, Omnes Capital, Porsche SE and Notion.
